Our mission is to educate and empower youth including youth with special needs by enriching and cultivating the social and cultural fabric in the Cleveland community through cognitive and life skills experiences. Hasani Management Inc., is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.

WHAT WE DO

We address the need for education through areas of arts and culture, literacy, trauma recovery, building socio-emotional intelligence and communication strategies, environmental sustainability, self-sufficiency, and hygiene for mind, body, and soul.

Through the execution of our initiatives, we demonstrate our unwavering dedication to providing programming that promotes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for youth and their families.

**TRAUMA RECOVERY**
Provides support to youth on their journey towards healing and resilience in the aftermath of the pandemic and the current national youth mental health crisis. Empowers youth and their family with coping strategies, healthy mental health practices, social emotional learning activities, specialized programming and tools to navigate through challenges by providing a supportive and nurturing environment for their healing journey.

**SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS**
Supported through the Hasani Garden Camp which extends from April through November for children 5-15 years old. Teaches the identification of vegetables, fruits and herbs , the nutritional value of plants and organic methods for growth. Also includes program instruction on recycling and conservation.

Health and Wellness AwarenessIncreases participant’s knowledge of a holistic approach to health encouraging healthy options for a heather lifestyle. Includes fitness, nutrition, Tai Chi and Yoga. — **HEALTH AND WELLNESS**

**ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION**
Our Economic Development and Education initiative has two components. Part 1 focuses on comprehensive workforce development services, providing skill-building training and a diverse range of employment opportunities to equip participants for successful careers. Through strategic partnerships, we tailor our efforts to meet the demands of the job market, fostering sustainable economic growth. Part 2 offers financial empowerment through education on money management and instruction in budgeting, credit, debt management, and saving. We also provide entrepreneurial opportunities, guiding youth in creating and operating their own businesses, while connecting them with experienced mentors. Our initiative is supported by relevant partnerships to maximize impact.

**PERFORMING ARTS**
Utilizes the power of performing arts to foster self-development, building confidence, and boosting self-esteem while complementing participants' existing talents. Provides opportunities for youth to collaborate with arts and cultural organizations in the Cleveland community, including career exploration and first job readiness.

**HUMANITARIANISM/PHILANTHROPY**
Help to develop compassionate individuals with core values in community service, volunteerism and charitable giving; and help participants to identify community challenges and how strategic resolutions can be achieved through active civic engagement.
